Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address and an authentication record, both held by our authentication provider. We also store the tracks you save, the cue points you assign to pads, and a daily count of how many tracks you have pulled.

BeatWise does not host or copy audio. Playback happens inside an embedded YouTube player, and what we keep is a reference to the video, not the recording itself.

Video playback and search are provided by YouTube, and are subject to Google's own privacy terms. Payments for the Pro plan are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your saved tracks and pad assignments. For anything else, contact us and we will help.
