Terms of Service

BeatWise finds under-listened tracks on YouTube and gives you a six-pad sampler to cue them up with. It is a discovery and practice tool, not a distribution platform.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. One person per account, please.

The free plan includes five tracks per day and twenty saved tracks. Pro removes both limits for $5 per month and can be cancelled at any time; your saved tracks stay yours either way.

All audio and video is streamed from YouTube and belongs to its rights holders. BeatWise does not grant you any licence to that material, and cue points you set are references to timestamps, not copies. What you do with what you hear is between you and the rights holder.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material we will say so before it takes effect.
